Tasting notes
This Carménère has a deep purple with red hues colour. Its aroma is of red and black fruit, coupled with a spicy character and a hint of soy sauce. On the palate it’s full-bodied, very well balanced between fruit and oak. Intense but at the same time very integrated elements, it is a complex wine with lingering aftertaste. This wine has a long finish, mouthfeel comes in layers that comes back as different elements of the wine appear.
