Átila Abreu is the youngest driver running the Stock Car Race in Brasil and today he is leading the championship supported by Santa Carolina, one of his main sponsor. At his 23 years old, Atila is an experience driver who aims first place on the brasilian Nascar.
The Football World Cup has just finalized, and while the Brazilian team did not have the expected performance, car racing is filling in the passion for success and the thrill of competition. The Brazilians have their own Stock Car racing cup, which is now lead by Átila Abreu, a young driver as passionate for speed as for wine.

Racing in Riberao Preto during the week end, he finalized first and splashed the bubbles of Santa Carolina, a 135-year-old Chilean winery, a protagonist in the wine scene of Latin America.
“It was a perfect week-end…I got the right feeling of the city and its circuit…a very hard race, lots of pressure with no room for mistakes, not on the road, nor in the pit! The trick was to manage the the anxiety”.
Átila was not the only motif for celebration. Santa Carolina was also present at the Chevrolet Montana Race Cup, where Lucas Finger got fourth, another young driver who has been sponsored by the Chileans since 2 years ago.

With over 30 million people watching Rede Globo TV, these were two huge events that put Santa Carolina’s wines and brand on the media of one of the biggest countries of Latin America, the nation of Lula which is expected to keep growing at the enviable rate of 7 %.
